Police In Westchester Track Down 2015 Webster Bank Robbery It may have taken more than three years, but police in Scarsdale tracked down a bank robbery suspect and got their guy. A man walked into Webster Bank on Popham Road in Scarsdale at approximately 11 a.m. on July 18, 2015. He was seen on surveillance video wearing sunglasses and a yellow hat, slipping a teller a note that read “GIVE ME ALL YOUR (…).” The man then took off on foot, taking off with an undisclosed amount of money.
