Police In Westchester Investigate Stolen $1,300 Louis Vuitton Purse Police are investigating a woman who allegedly stole a Louis Vuitton purse worth more than $1,300. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department received a report from the owner and an employee at I Am More Scarsdale on Spencer Place, when a suspect allegedly stole the purse on Friday, Feb. 8. Police said that an employee said she saw a suspicious African American woman enter the store shortly after 3 p.m. wearing a black jacket, black pants, black boots and a black hat.
