The incident began around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31 in Rockland County when the Ramapo Police discovered a 56-year-old woman lying on the ground on Innwood Drive suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo. One Remains In Critical Condition Following Double-Fatal Stamford Crash One of four people hospitalized following a double-fatal crash in Stamford remains in critical condition. The crash took place around 2:32 a.m., Monday, Aug. 26, when a 2008 Nissan Altima struck two utility poles on Canal Street, just north of Ludlow Street, leaving two teens dead, and four others injured, said Stamford Police Sgt.
