A 32-year-old man three times the legal blood-alcohol limit injured three teens in a crash in Northern Westchester on Friday, Oct. 26, state police said. Troopers were dispatched to Croton Avenue, in the town of Cortlandt at approximately 7:05 p.m., for a two-car motor vehicle collision with injuries.
