The incident took place around 1:40 a.m., Sunday when officers responded to the area of Commerce Street and South Myrtle Avenue for a person lying on the ground, said Officer Matthew Galli on Tuesday afternoon. New Patrol Boat Christened In Rockland Family members and law enforcement from across the county joined together on Monday with the Rockland County Sheriff's Office to officially christened their new patrol boat, in honor of the late Capt.
