Holocaust Museum Honors Westchester Woman Whose Documentary Tells Of Grandfather's Survival With anti-Semitism on the rise, a Westchester wife and mother is doing her part to keep the memories of the Holocaust alive in a very personal way. Chappaqua resident Stacey Saiontz whose paternal grandparents survived the Holocaust is being honored by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Taco Bay Coming To Oyster Bay A new taqueria is coming to Oyster Bay with the family owned Taco Bay opening up shop. The new restaurant will serve fresh, locally sourced seasonal tacos. Patrons will be able to build their own taco, according to the eatery's menu. Selections for "burrito" or "bowl" include flour tortilla, soft taco, and crunchy shell, while protein picks are chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetables. Many sides include traditional favorites like guacamole and chips to roasted pineapple. Taco Bay is scheduled to open on National Taco Day which is Friday, Oct. 4 at 80 South St.

Brother, Sister Who Train In Westchester Win Medals At Youth Championships A Greenwich brother and sister returned home from Bolivia with medals they won in a youth fencing championship. In her first international fencing competition, 13-year-old Madison Duckett won a gold medal at the Pan American Youth Championships for Team USA for her victory in the Pre-Cadet Women’s Saber event that took place in Cochabamba, Bolivia in August.
