Chappaqua resident Stacey Saiontz whose paternal grandparents survived the Holocaust is being honored by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Taco Bay Coming To Oyster Bay A new taqueria is coming to Oyster Bay with the family owned Taco Bay opening up shop. The new restaurant will serve fresh, locally sourced seasonal tacos. Patrons will be able to build their own taco, according to the eatery's menu. Selections for "burrito" or "bowl" include flour tortilla, soft taco, and crunchy shell, while protein picks are chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetables.
