George K. Abraham, 84, Of Yonkers
YONKERS, N.Y. – George K. Abraham, a longtime Yonkers resident, died on Tuesday, June 30, at St. John's Riverside Hospital. He was 84.
Abraham was born on Feb. 20, 1931, to George and Genevieve Ashkar Abraham in Brooklyn and was raised and educated in Jordan.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a self-employed general contractor, running the 259-261 Riverdale Realty Corporation in Yonkers until retiring.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Mary Ann Traynor, of White Plains, died on June 27. She was 69.
Traynor was born on Dec. 30, 1945 in Port Chester to Mary Rynne and Thomas Traynor.
She was predeceased by her brother Thomas Traynor and nephew John Donovan, and is survived by her sister Marge Carey and her husband Dan, nieces Colleen Brady and Tara Forbes and 10 great-nieces and nephews.

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – Lucille Cox Novotny, of Mamaroneck, died at her home on Tuesday, June 30. She was 91.
Novotny was born and raised in Brooklyn, graduating from Erasmus Hall High School and Chestnut Hill College in Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in economics.
She was an active member of the board of the Westchester County Federation of Women's Clubs, the Women's Club of Mamaroneck, the Ladies Guild of St. John & Paul Church, and served as president of the New York Alumnae Chapter of Chestnut Hill College.

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. – Daniel F. Bruno, of Port Chester, died June 23. He was 92.
Bruno was born June 1, 1923, in Port Chester, to Frank and Rosemarie Bruno.
He graduated from Port Chester High School and served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1941-45.
Bruno was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Vincent and Frank.
He is survived by brother Robert and his wife Elvira, two nephews, Robert and Russell, and two nieces Rosemarie and Rachel.

Kelly was born Jan. 27, 1925, to John and Eleanor Schaefer in New York City.
