Elderly Man Killed In Hyannis Fire Started In Bedroom: Investigators Firefighters say the blaze that killed a man in his 60s on Wednesday, July 10, began with a lit cigarette in the man's bedroom at his Hyannis home.  Neighbors called firefighters to the Oakland Road house just before 5:30 a.m. when they saw smoke billowing out of the one-story home. Crews arrived to find the home fully involved.  Two adults inside were able to escape the flames, but firefighters found one man dead inside, the state Fire Marshal's Office said. Sex Offender Guilty Of Indecent Assault On Child Last Year Charged Again With Child Porn A 33-year-old Cape Cod level-three sex offender who was convicted last year on multiple charges including indecent assault on a minor and child porn now faces more charges, authorities said.  Anthony Argo, 33, of Orleans, is charged with possession of child sexual abuse material, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.  Police identified Argo on a chat application expressing sexual interest in minors and sharing child sexual abuse material, the prosecutor said. An autopsy found that the Doherty Memorial High School student suffered cardiopulmonary arrest “in the setting of recent ingestion of food substance with high capsaicin concentration,” according to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security. Teen ID'd As Victim In Fatal Springfield Crash On I-91 Authorities in Hampden County have identified the victim of a fatal crash last week on I-91 as a 15-year-old boy.  State police were called to the crash site around 4:30 p.m. near northbound Exit 5 on July 2, authorities said.  Police and paramedics provided medical aid at the scene of the crash, state police said. It's unclear if the teenager died at the scene or a nearby hospital.  The boy's name will not be released because of his age.
