A woman has been accused of petit larceny after stealing merchandise from a Long Island retailer, police say.

Police are on the lookout for a woman suspected of stealing steak and shrimp at Uncle Giuseppe’s in Melville (890 Walt Whitman Road) on Saturday, Oct. 13.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are on the lookout for a woman, pictured above, who is suspected of stealing steak and shrimp at Uncle Giuseppe’s in Melville (890 Walt Whitman Road) on Saturday, Oct. 13.

The merchandise had a value of $240, according to police.
