A Westchester man who works as a teacher’s aide has been accused of taking photos up women’s skirts on the subway.
Michael Olan, 29, of Mount Vernon, who works as a teacher’s aide for the New York City Department of Education, was busted earlier this week taking an upskirt photo of a teenager on a subway train.
According to a New York Daily News report , as many as 500 illicit photos of schoolgirls have been found on Olan’s iPhone after he was stopped while on his knees taking a photo up the skirt of an unsuspecting 16-year-old at the Pelham Parkway station.
Olan told police that he took the photos “under her skirt, because (he was curious to see what kind of underwear he was wearing,” according to court records. He has since been suspended from his job as a teacher’s aide at Public School 72 in Harlem.
After being busted red-handed, Olan was charged with unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child. He has since been released on bail, though he due back in court later this year to answer the charges.
