A registered sex offender convicted of raping a teenage girl has reported a move in Westchester County.

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 45-year-old Tracey Douglas, who has moved from Valhalla to a residence on South 3rd Avenue in Mount Vernon.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Douglas as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Tracey had sexual intercourse with his 13-year-old female victim in June 2007 in Westchester. He was convicted of second-degree rape in January the following year and sentenced to a term of five years in prison. Douglas is now under the jurisdiction of the Mount Vernon City Police Department.

Further info on Douglas from the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services can be accessed after entering the code in the CAPTCHA box found by clicking here.
