The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 45-year-old Tracey Douglas, who has moved from Valhalla to a residence on South 3rd Avenue in Mount Vernon.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Douglas as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Tracey had sexual intercourse with his 13-year-old female victim in June 2007 in Westchester. He was convicted of second-degree rape in January the following year and sentenced to a term of five years in prison. Douglas is now under the jurisdiction of the Mount Vernon City Police Department.
