Missing Mount Pleasant Man Located In Brewster With the help of new technology, authorities were able to find a missing man within a matter of hours. The incident began around 5:41 a.m., Friday, Nov. 1, when the Mount Pleasant Police Department reported a missing elderly male who had not been heard from since 1 p.m. the previous day.  The Mount Pleasant Police immediately broadcasted over the Westchester County Hotline information about the missing man and the vehicle he was driving.  The WCPD entered the man's vehicle information into all databases in the event that his vehicle hit any location in Westchester County.
