The novel strain of the coronavirus (COVID-19) has now spread to another nursing home in Westchester, prompting a partial quarantine. An administrator at the Westchester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Mount Vernon confirmed the case over the weekend, and said that they will be quarantining the north side of the building as a safety precaution.
