Burger Restaurant Replacing Northern Westchester Eatery Westchester Burger Company is replacing its Mount Kisco location on North Bedford Road with a new version of the owner’s flagship Graziella’s and Blue restaurant at the same space. Co-owners Angelo DiFeo and Vincent Corso announced that Graziella’s North will be opening on Thursday, Nov. 14, replacing the former location of the Westchester Burger Company restaurant.
