New Bakery, Retailers Coming To Renovated Plaza On Busy Main Road In Westchester Three new retailers, including a bakery specializing in decorative cakes, will soon be opening at a recently-renovated strip plaza on a busy main road in Westchester.  The new businesses are set to open their doors at the newly-renovated Post Road Plaza, located in Port Chester at 262 Boston Post Rd.
