Road Closures: Saw Mill River Parkway, Route 119 To Be Affected In Westchester Motorists in Westchester are being advised of a series of road closures that will block traffic on a busy parkway and state route.  The closures will affect both the Saw Mill River Parkway and Route 119 in Elmsford beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 27, and lasting through Friday, Sept. 29, the New York State Department of Transportation announced. Traffic Alert: Part Of State Route 119 In Elmsford To Close Commuters are being warned of an upcoming road closure that will affect a part of a major state route in Westchester.  State Route 119 in Elmsford between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue is set to be closed beginning on Thursday, April 20, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The road will be closed on the following dates between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.:  Thursday, April 20 through Friday, April 21; Sunday, April 23, through Monday, April 24.  The closure is to facilitate bridge rehabilitation work if the weather permits.
