Coat, Key Fob, Stolen From Westchester Church Event, Police Say Police in Westchester are investigating a suspicious incident at the St. James the Less Episcopal Church in Scarsdale. Investigators at the Scarsdale Police Department received a report of a stolen coat and key fob at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26 from a Tunstall Road resident. Police said that the woman stated that she had attended an event at the church earlier in the day on Church Lane.
