Man Stabbed During Fight At Hudson Valley Gas Station, Police Say A 47-year-old man was stabbed during an altercation with another man at a Hudson Valley gas station. The incident took place in Orange County around 8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14 at the Mobil gas station on Route 52 in the hamlet of Pine Bush. Town of Crawford Police said the Pine Bush man was at the gas station with another person when he suffered stab wounds. The "unknown" person left the area in a vehicle and the victim walked to a residence near Borden Avenue, police said. Arizona Man Wanted For Violent Crimes Apprehended In Hudson Valley A fugitive wanted for violent crimes in Arizona has been nabbed in the Hudson Valley, according to police. In Orange County, officers with the Town of Crawford Police Department were first informed on Tuesday, Aug. 9 that a man with three separate arrest warrants out of Arizona was staying at a home in Crawford. On Wednesday, Aug. 10, officers responded to the home, but were unable to find the man, police said. Pilot Reports Engine Failure Before Helicopter Crash The pilot of a 1989 Bell 222A helicopter that crashed in the area said the chopper experienced an engine failure causing the crash and for the helicopter to overturn. The crash took place around 12:38 p.m., Saturday, March 30, near 77 Youngblood Road in Bullville, just west of I-87 in the Town of Crawford in Orange County.  The six onboard, five passengers, who were celebrating a birthday, and the pilot, suffered minor injuries, Crawford Police said.
