18-Year-Old From Westchester Stabs Another Teen During Fight At Mall, Police Say An 18-year-old from Westchester is behind bars after stabbing another teen at The Mall at Bay Plaza. The incident took place around 8:40 p.m. Wednesday at the Mall at 2276 Bartow Ave., in the Bronx, said the New York City Police Department. The injured teen was found lying on the ground of the mall parking lot with a stab wound to the upper left arm by officers Sean Liscoe and Alyssa Petrucelli, the NYPD said.
