One Man Hospitalized, Another Arrested After Drinking On Mount Kisco Curb One man was hospitalized, and a second arrested by Westchester County Police in Mount Kisco after officers were called on a report of a group of men drinking on a sidewalk. Officers were dispatched to Spring Street shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, where there was a complaint filed about three men who were sitting on the curb, drinking beer. Upon arrival, the men told police that they were waiting for a friend to return to his home on the block.
