Westchester Man Accused Of Sex Offenses Against Several Children An investigation has led to the arrest of a Westchester County man who is accused of committing sex offenses against several children. New Rochelle Police Department announced late Monday afternoon, Sept. 30 that detectives, with assistance from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, wrapped up the probe on Friday, Sept. 20. Burglaries At 'All-Time Low' In Greenburgh Greenburgh Supervisor reported on Friday, Feb. 9 that burglary reports in the town during 2017 were at their lowest level since the own began to maintain crime records. Greenburgh Police Chief Chris McNerney released statistics on Part I Criminal Offenses for the year 2017. Part I Offenses are considered serious crimes by the United States Department of Justice. Included in this category are Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Homicide, Larceny, Motor Vehicle Theft, Robbery and Rape.
