Murder-suicide: Newly-Retired Nysp Worker ID'd As Victim Of Post-Christmas Tragedy A New Jersey man and newly-retired New York State Police employee was shot and killed by his neighbor in Upstate New York who then killed his wife, and then himself, in a post-Christmas tragedy, according to officials and those who loved him.
