The Waldorf Astoria is on track to be up and running in the spring. It has been closed for renovation since February 2017. The hotel's online reservation system went live last week. Proposed Cell Tower Sparks Concern Among Bedford Residents Opponents of a proposed Verizon cell tower in the heart of Bedford Village are encouraging residents to attend a public meeting on Monday, June 18. The meeting begins at 8 p.m. in the Court Room at 321 Bedford Road in Bedford Hills. The Board of Directors of the Bedford Historical Society opposes it and is seeking other public input.
