Man, 37, Nabbed Breaking Into Car In Northern Westchester, Police Say A 37-year-old local man was busted with a host of burglary tools following an investigation into an auto break-in in Northern Westchester, police said. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a Springvale Road home in Cortlandt on Sept. 13, where there was a report of a larceny from a vehicle that had taken place overnight.
