Crash Involving Work Van Leaves Man With Serious Injury In Westchester Police are investigating a crash in Westchester that left a man hospitalized with a severe injury and caused a busy road to close for several hours.  The crash happened in New Rochelle on Tuesday, Oct. 2 just after 2 p.m., when a motorcycle and utility work van collided in the area of North Avenue and Mayflower Avenue, New Rochelle Police Captain J. 'Erratic' Drunk Driver Hits 16 Parked Vehicles In Westchester, Police Say A man faces drunk driving charges after striking 16 parked vehicles in Westchester, police announced.  New Rochelle resident James Tozzo, age 71, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 16 in connection with the collisions, New Rochelle Police Captain J. Collins Coyne announced on Monday, Dec. 18.  According to Coyne, just after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, authorities responded to the area of Mayflower Avenue and Pelhamdale Avenue in New Rochelle after receiving a report of an "erratic driver" who had hit several parked vehicles.  Responding officers then found that a total…
