Woman Stole Credit Cards From Vehicles In Northern Westchester, Police Say A 30-year-old woman is behind bars after she was caught using credit cards she stole from vehicles in Northern Westchester, state police said.The arrest of Lauren N. DeHayes of Cortlandt stems from an investigation of credit cards stolen from vehicles, reported on Sept. 14, 2017 in the town of Cortlandt. Continued investigation led to the whereabouts, and subsequent arrest of DeHayes for her part in stealing, and then fraudulently using those credit cards for her own benefit, according to police.
