Man Charged With Stealing Prescription Drugs From Apartment In Northern Westchester, Police Say A 33-year-old man has been charged after police say he stole prescription medications from an apartment in Northern Westchester. Yorktown Police say they received a call from a resident of Beaver Ridge Apartments (1965 Allan Avenue) regarding a suspicious incident on Sunday, April 28 around 9 a.m. Further investigation revealed that prescription pills had been stolen from the apartment in question, according to police.
