Former County Court Judge Susan Cacace Wins Democratic Primary For Westchester DA Former County Court Judge Susan Cacace emerged victorious in the Democratic primary race for Westchester District Attorney.  Cacace, who resigned as County Court Judge in December 2023 after nearly 20 years in the position, earned 59 percent of the votes during the Democratic primary election held on Tuesday, June 25, according to a New York Times report.  Cacace defeated her opponent, attorney and Mount Vernon native William O.
