Forever 21 is considering the closures and its US operator F21 OpCo. may declare bankruptcy as soon as March, Bloomberg News reported. This would be the fast-fashion chain's second bankruptcy filing in about six years. Heriberto Polanco, age 27, pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance this week for secretly recording women in dressing rooms while he worked at Forever 21 at the Cross County Center in Yonkers. Bronx resident Heriberto Polanco, 27, was charged in a 48-count indictment for recording videos of unsuspecting customers while he was still employed at Forever 21 in the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers.
