Smoke Shop Owner Charged With Selling Product To 15-Year-Old In Northern Westchester The owner of a Northern Westchester smoke shop has been charged after selling merchandise to a 15-year-old, according to police. Bedford Police say they investigated a complaint from the parent of a 15-year-old juvenile on Tuesday, July 30. The parent alleged that their child purchased “Juul” mint nicotine and a package of CBD edibles from The Vape and Smoke Shop, located at 742 Bedford Road in Bedford Hills.
