A Northern Westchester non-profit organization has honored several accomplished high school students as outstanding teens. A woman from Northern Westchester who dedicated much of her life to public service has died. Former mayor Patricia M. Fox Reilly of Mount Kisco died on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at the age of 91, according to her obituary. Born in 1931 to former mayor J. A dozen projects are planned in a Northern Westchester municipality that was awarded a $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) award. Jagger Michael Diem, a 2019 graduate of Fox Lane High School in Bedford who worked at an assisted living facility in Northern Westchester during the COVID-19 crisis, died suddenly Tuesday morning, Aug. 25. He was 18. He was born in New York City on Oct. 30, 2001 and was a resident of Ossining for the past year.
