Westchester Community College Signs New Transfer Agreement With SUNY Delhi Westchester Community College students who have completed one of 19 associate degree programs will now be able to seamlessly transfer to SUNY Delhi to complete the corresponding bachelor program, as per a new agreement between the two schools.
