Man Caught Stealing From Jefferson Valley Toys 'R' Us, Police Say A Northern Westchester man is facing multiple charges after being caught red-handed with stolen merchandise from a Jefferson Valley Toys “R” Us, according to Yorktown police. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department received a report of a shoplifter from an employee at Toys “R” Us on Bank Road at 4:44 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, prompting the investigation.
