Ramp Between Taconic Parkway, Route 9A To Close For Day In Mount Pleasant

Motorists in Northern Westchester are being warned to watch out for a ramp closure that will block the way between a busy parkway and a main route for part of a day.

The closure will affect the ramp from the northbound Taconic State Parkway to Route 9A North in Mount Pleasant.

The ramp from the northbound Taconic State Parkway to northbound Route 9A in Mount Pleasant will close for part of the day on Thursday, May 23, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.

The closure will be put into place between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will allow for ramp maintenance, officials said.

Any affected motorists should use the posted detour.
