The incident occurred at around noon on Wednesday, June 27 when troopers responded to Madalin Court in the Dutchess County village of Tivoli for a report of a woman screaming at Central Hudson work crews in the area.
An investigation found Mona F. Herman of Tivoli also menaced the workers with a knife and pepper spray, police said.
She was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
After being arraigned before the Village of Red Hook Court, she was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
Herman is next scheduled to appear before the Court on July 2, 2018,
