The attack took place around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, after two men got into a fight over money which escalated into violence, said Sgt. Dean Politopoulos.
Police said the victim was found in the vicinity of 1 Hudson St., in the Getty Square area, Politopoulos said.
An unidentified suspected was arrested and charged with assault.
