The incident occurred at around 4 p.m. on Friday when state police said they stopped to aid to a possible disabled vehicle.
The driver,, Jason R. Korz, 41, of Yonkers, was found to be intoxicated and was transported and processed at State Police barracks in Tarrytown, where his blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.26 percent, police said
Korz was subsequently charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on June 26.
