HAWTHORNE, N.Y. - Lucia Gigi of Hawthorne, and formerly of Yonkers, died Jan. 28. She was 93.
Gigi was born Dec.13, 1920, to Francesco and Carmela Robustelli in Sarno, Italy.
Gigi is survived by her children, Anna Muro of Hawthorne, Giuseppe (Ernina) Gigi of Italy and Frank (Anna) Gigi of Yonkers; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Aniello Gigi; two brothers; and a sister.
Calling hours are Friday, Jan. 31 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 West Stevens Ave., Hawthorne, New York 10532. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at the Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne. Entombment at the Ferncliff Mausoleum, Hartsdale.
