Monday, May 7
Coffee and Questions: 7:30 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Central School District will hold a coffee and questions Monday evening in the Westlake library for all parents and residents. The topic of discussion will be the common core standards. 825 Westlake Drive, Thornwood.
Tuesday, May 8
Meet the Candidates: 7:30 p.m. 8:30 p.m. Come out and meet the four candidates for the upcoming Mount Pleasant Central School District Board of Education election on May 15. Event will be held in the Columbus Elementary School cafeteria. 580 Columbus Ave., Thornwood.
Town Board Meeting: 8 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Town Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday at Town Hall in Valhalla. On the agenda for this meeting includes a big for tree removal and trimming. 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla.
Wednesday, May 9
Board of Education Work Session: 7:30 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Central School District Board of Education will hold a regular scheduled public work session at the district office in Thornwood. 825 Westlake Drive, Thornwood.
Thursday, May 10
Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting: 8 p.m. The Mount Pleasant Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a regular scheduled meeting Thursday at Town Hall in Valhalla.
