VALHALLA, N.Y. Tanya M. Frisoli of Valhalla died May 8. She was 40.
The daughter of Leonard and Rocchina Buonassisi Frisoli, she was born Sept. 16, 1971 in White Plains. Frisoli owned and operated Tanya Michelle Hair Salon on Columbus Avenue in Valhalla.
She is survived by her parents, Leonard and Rocchina, of Pleasantville; a brother, Gregory (Pamela) Frisoli; her maternal grandmother, Michelina Buonassisi; two nephews and a niece. She was predeceased by her partner, Chris Dahlstrom, in 2012.
Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. Thursday at Hawthorne Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
