What's Happening this Weekend in Mount Pleasant

THORNWOOD, N.Y. – A floorworks course, a farmer’s market, and a Japanese art exhibit highlight this weekend’s events in Mount Pleasant.

Friday, May 4

Floorworks Deluxe Course: 9:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.  Floorworks deluxe course held at the Mount Pleasant Community Center in Valhalla hosted by instructor Margaret Cunzio. $3 fee is required. 125 Lozza Drive, Valhalla.

Toddler Story Time: 10:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. Bring your toddler to the Mount Pleasant Public Library in Pleasantville for story time. Free. 350 Bedford Road, Pleasantville.

Farmer’s Market: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.  Farmer’s Market held at the Stone Barns Center in Pocantico Hills. Stop by to pick up delicious fruits, vegetables and other various goods. 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.

Saturday, May 5

Livestock Tour: 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.  Take an inside look at the livestock at the Stone Barns Center in Pocantico Hills. Admission is $12 for adults and $10 for children. 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.

Sunday, May 6

Japanese Art Exhibit:  1 p.m. – 5 p.m.  Check out the Japanese art exhibit that will be on display at the Mount Pleasant Public Library in Pleasantville.  Free. 350 Bedford Road, Pleasantville.
