Accused Sexual Predator Nabbed By State Police In Hudson Valley An accused sexual predator from Connecticut is behind bars without bail after allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 11 years old in the Hudson Valley. Fairfield County resident Patrick Lynch, age 41, of Bethel, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 18 following an indictment for predatory sexual assault of a child, by an Orange County grand jury, said Trooper Steven Nevel of the New York State Police. Ansonia Police Searching For Missing 1-Year-Old, Mother Police in Connecticut are asking for the public's help locating a 1-year-old girl who was allegedly taken by her mother. The infant, Royalty Bass, was last seen in New Haven County in Ansonia on Tuesday, April 26 with her mother Shameka Henri. Henri failed to return the infant to her father after a custody visit, said Lt. Patrick Lynch, of the Ansonia Police Department. Royalty is about 2-feet, 20 to 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a pink Minnie Mouse shirt and gray Minnie Mouse pants.  Henri could have taken the child to the Stratford area …
