New York Woman Wins $1M Mega Millions Prize
A New York woman claimed a $1 million Mega Millions prize.
Lisa Nicotra, of Staten Island, claimed the second prize for matching the first five numbers in the Tuesday, July 26, Mega Millions drawing, New York Lottery reported on Monday, Sept. 26.
The winning numbers were 07 29 60 63 66 Mega Ball 15, NY Lottery said.
She received her prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $612,240 after required withholdings, the lottery said.
The ticket was purchased at Soham Enterprises, which is located at 1774 Forest Ave. on Staten Island, NY Lottery reported.
$2M NY Lottery Ticket Sold At Store In Hudson Valley
A New York Lottery ticket worth $2 million was sold at a store in the Hudson Valley.
The second-prize Mega Millions ticket was purchased in Orange County at Smokes 4 Less in Newburgh, located at 59 N. Plank Rd., the NY Lottery announced Saturday morning, Sept. 3.
There were no first-place winners in the $169,000,000 jackpot.
The Mega Millions winning numbers for Friday, Sept. 2 were 39, 40, 52, 60, and 67, and the Mega Ball was 20. The Megaplier was 2X.
Woman Wins $1M Lottery Prize From Ticket Purchased In Larchmont
A Westchester County resident has claimed a $1 million Mega Millions lottery prize.
Peggy Spear, of Mount Vernon, claimed the second prize for matching the first five numbers in the Jan. 28 Mega Millions Drawing, the New York Lottery announced on Wednesday, July 6.
The winning numbers were: 03 16 25 44 55 Mega Ball 13, the lottery said.
Spear received her prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $651,000 after required withholdings, NY Lottery announced.
The ticket was purchased at Larchmont Pharmacy, which is located at 2141 Palmer Ave. in Larchmont, the lottery said.
