Car Break-In: Westchester Man Steals Money From Vehicle In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Northern Westchester man faces charges after breaking into a vehicle in the Hudson Valley and stealing money from it, police said.  The arrest resulted from an incident that happened in Putnam County in the area of 903 South Lake Blvd. in the hamlet of Mahopac on Sunday, June 25, Carmel Police Lt.
