MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Students from Rye Neck Middle School recently took part in a number of team-building athletic games and activities during their Middle School Olympics.
The middle-schoolers worked together in five color-coded teams that allowed them to collaborate with one another.
“The Olympics provided an opportunity for students to come together as a community and make our school a fun and friendly place to grow and learn,” Principal Eric Lutinski said.
The school’s next Olympic event will take place in the spring when the students will compete in a number of game show-inspired challenges, according to a release from Rye Neck Union Free School District.Click here to sign up for Daily Voice's free daily emails and news alerts.
