The workshops last three hours and start at 10 a.m. Each participant puts on an apron, and begins following the recipes step-by-step before tasting them as a group.
Everything is provided including aprons, recipes and ingredients. The price is $60 for recipes in French; two-hour classes followed by lunch or dinner and wine.
