2 Injured In 2-Car Crash On Parkway In Westchester Two people were injured in a collision on a busy parkway in Westchester, including one victim who had to be extricated from their damaged vehicle.  The incident happened on Friday, March 15 at around 2 p.m., when two vehicles collided on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Hartsdale, according to the Hartsdale Fire Department.  Arriving crews worked to stabilize the two vehicles and extricated one person from a damaged car.  The cause of the crash and the extent of the injuries were not detailed by the department.

ID Released For Man Killed After Car Goes Off I-84, Into Woods Police have released the identity of a man killed during a single-vehicle crash in the area. It happened on Wednesday, Feb. 26 in Fairfield County. Harold W. Gilligan, 50, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was killed around 1:45 p.m. on I-84 in Newtown, said the Connecticut State Police. According to police, Gilligan was killed when the  2011 Infiniti sedan he was driving ran off the roadway and into a wooded area near Exit 10.
