One Killed In Head-On Crash In Danbury One person was killed and several others injured during a four-vehicle crash in Fairfield County. It happened around 5 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 15 in the area of 47 Sugar Hollow Road in Danbury. According to Det. Lt. Mark Willams, of the Danbury Police, a preliminary investigation shows that a 2019 Nissan Rogue traveling southbound crossed over the double yellow line into oncoming traffic. The Nissan first struck an Audi sedan traveling northbound. The Nissan then collided head-on with a Toyota Tundra also northbound. 8-Year-Old Airlifted To Westchester Medical Center After Getting Hit By Pickup Truck An 8-year-old boy was airlifted with serious injuries to the hospital after he was hit by a pickup truck while he was riding a dirt bike. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 10, in the Town of Rhinebeck, said New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks. According to Hicks, the boy was riding the bike on Cove Road when he was struck by a Toyota Tundra, Hicks said. The dirt bike was not street legal.
