Police: Man Accused Of Threatening To 'Cut' Tree Worker With Ax In Wilton A man was arrested for allegedly threatening a tree trimmer with an ax while he was cutting branches from a tree in Fairfield County. Jonathan Damast, age 45, of Wilton, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 7, after Wilton Police responded to a home on Ridge Lane for a dispute, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson. Man Nabbed For Violating Protection Order, Threatening Victim In Wilton A 54-year-old area man was arrested for verbally threatening another person while intoxicated, according to the Wilton Police. Rusty L. McClintock, of Wilton, was arrested Saturday, June 16, after Wilton police responded to a 911 call and on arrival found McClintock, intoxicated and still threatening the victim, Lt. Robert Kluk said. He was arrested and charged with threatening and violation of a protective order. He is being held on $10,000 bond., Kluk said.
