Man Nabbed For Violating Protection Order, Threatening Victim In Wilton A 54-year-old area man was arrested for verbally threatening another person while intoxicated, according to the Wilton Police. Rusty L. McClintock, of Wilton, was arrested Saturday, June 16, after Wilton police responded to a 911 call and on arrival found McClintock, intoxicated and still threatening the victim, Lt. Robert Kluk said. He was arrested and charged with threatening and violation of a protective order. He is being held on $10,000 bond., Kluk said.

Man Charged In Violent Assaults Of Mother Of His Son In Stamford An undocumented Haitian man is behind bars for several brutal assaults on his girlfriend after she attempted to break up with him. Waking Noel, 34, of Seaton Road, Stamford, is being held in lieu of a $100,000 after he was charged with assaulting the mother of his two-year-old child in February, said Sgt. Jennifer Lynch.
