Man Suffers Burn Wounds In Lewisboro House Fire Police are investigating a Northern Westchester fire in which a man was found suffering from burns in nearby woods. The fire took place 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at 250 Smith Ridge Road in Lewisboro, said New York State Police spokesman Trooper AJ Hicks. According to Hicks, the Lewisboro Police Department and state police responded to the area for a report of a man running through the neighborhood. Two Northern Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops More than two dozen motorists were busted by New York State Police troopers recently as law enforcement agencies in the Hudson Valley continue a nationwide crackdown on drunk, drugged and distracted driving. Among the local motorists charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Sept. 15, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Luis V. Barreto Angamarca, 26, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in Cortlandt, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
